Despite the many benefits of direct injection, port injection (or multi-point injection) with external mixture preparation will continue to be the dominant global technology in the high-volume segments of the market because its cost-benefit ratio remains unrivaled.
Our Deka VII injectors have been developed specifically for this type of engine. They build on the proven Deka IV generation but feature enhanced atomization (ASQUARED TM) and are also lighter. These benefits give Deka VII injectors a major advantage with regard to meeting future emission standards.
Versatility is a key property of the new Deka VII injectors. All three body lengths can be combined with each of the three nozzle length options while retaining identical characteristics. A wide range of spray forms can also be produced to suit different intake manifold geometries.
