High-pressure pump
Precise and efficient
To complement our piezo and solenoid direct injection systems, we have developed a new high-pressure pump. Although based on the current generation of pumps, it features even greater flow control accuracy and a particularly low drive torque.
The pump generates fuel pressures of up to 20 MPa (200 bar) and works on the transfer principle. All the moving parts are contained in an oil chamber, which is separated from the fuel system by a stainless steel diaphragm. This minimizes the drive torque while simultaneously preventing oil contamination of the fuel.
