- Dynamic navigation – automatically adjusts route in real time to avoid traffic delays
- Traffic info displays – Distance to Traffic Incident, Extent of Traffic Incident, Location
- User-defined detour preferences – Re-routing level determines when the system will plan a detour around traffic. Five levels are available. On the lowest level the original route will be given preference most often, even with moderate traffic delays. On the highest level, a detour is always planned, even if the delay is only moderate. In deciding when to plan a detour, the system takes into account conditions on the detour route such as road category, the number of towns and traffic lights, and the likelihood of heavy traffic on the detour route.
- Traffic horizon – Inclusion of traffic problems ahead, display of distance up to 95 miles.
- Entire delay – caused by the traffic problems on the route – system will offer visual advice of delay time in minutes.
- Automatic mode – will automatically route you around stationary traffic. There will be no further prompting of the driver.
