Modern vehicles with complex gas tank shapes require increasingly complex techniques to supply, store and measure fuel.
For years, our Fuel Supply division has been combining fuel pumps, swirl pots and fuel level sensors into a single assembly: the fuel supply unit. Today, we offer our customers a flexible modular system, the modular supply unit. Its components can be combined according to customer specifications.
The modular supply unit integrates the functions of pressure control, filtering, level measurement, fuel supply, and tank management (multi-chamber tanks) in a subsystem that is supplied ready for installation. Concentrating on the essentials also yields an advantage: Aside from a flange that can be adapted as needed, most of the remaining components can be taken from the standard modular fuel supply unit building set.
